Clean air for
gas turbines
Gas turbine, process, and HVAC filters, supplied and installed by our crews. We haul away the old ones too. One partner from quote to clean air.
Filtration for
every system
From the weather hood of a 300 MW combined-cycle unit to the air handler on a hospital roof, we can quote it, ship it, and install it.
Gas Turbine Filters
Pulse cartridges, static V-cells, prefilters, E10–E12 finals, coalescers, and cooler media for every stage of the inlet house.

Process Filters
Liquid bags and cartridges, membranes, lube oil, fuel gas coalescers, and dust collector elements.
Explore →HVAC Filters
MERV 8–16 pleated, bag, and V-bank filters, plus HEPA/ULPA, with scheduled change-out programs.

Multiple filtration stages stand between the outside air and your compressor. We supply and service every one of them. Click a stage to see what it does.

Weather Hoods
The first barrier against rain, snow, birds, and debris. Hoods slow the incoming air so droplets fall out before reaching the filters.
- Screens
- Drainage
- Anti-icing
Coalescers
Pads and vane separators merge fog and sea spray into droplets that drain away, keeping salt-laden water off the main filters.
- Coastal
- Offshore
- Humid sites
Prefilters
Panels and pockets catch coarse dust, insects, and pollen. This protects the expensive final stage and extends its life by years.

- MERV 8–13

Pulse / Static Main Stage
Cone-and-cylinder pulse cartridges clean themselves with reverse air bursts, while static V-cells deliver high efficiency at low pressure drop.
- F8–F9
- Nanofiber
- Self-cleaning
EPA / HEPA Final
E10–E12 final filtration stops fine particles and salts, so compressors stay clean and offline water washes become rare.
- E12 ≥ 99.5%
- Hydrophobic
- Water-tight
Evaporative Cooler
Wetted media cools the inlet air on hot days, restoring output. Drift eliminators catch water carry-over.

We don't just
drop off a pallet
Most suppliers stop at the loading dock. We plan the change-out, stage the filters, install them, and take the old ones away.
Assess
Walkdown, filter inventory, pressure-drop review, and a fixed quote.
Supply
Elements, gaskets, and hardware staged on site before your window opens.
Remove & Install
Spent filters out, seals and tubesheets inspected, new elements in and verified.
Dispose
Old filters crated, hauled, and disposed of, with documentation for your records.
What is a clogged
filter costing you?
Every inch of water column of extra inlet pressure drop takes megawatts off the top. Move the sliders to see what it means for your unit.
Rule-of-thumb estimate (~0.45% output per inH₂O of extra inlet loss). It covers lost output only, not heat-rate penalties or extra water washes. Your actual numbers depend on turbine model and ambient conditions.

The old filters
leave with us.
Spent filters are bulky, dirty, and sometimes loaded with salts or hydrocarbons. We bag, crate, and haul them, and coordinate proper disposal with paperwork for your environmental records.
Removal & disposal →Need filters, or a full change-out?
Send us part numbers, inlet house details, or a photo of the filter label. We will cross-reference it and quote supply, installation, and disposal together.
